Membership is free of any cost, one needs to fill a form online to initiate the membership process. Once the form is filled, we take about 24 hours to validate the details you submitted and upon successful verification your account will be activated.

You can make the payment by cash at the time of delivery. Also bank transfer option is available on request. Credit/ Debit cards will be accepted with 2% added transaction fees.
Booked equipment will be given to you after 6:00 PM, a day prior to the date equipment is booked for. And the same will be taken back from you before 10:00 AM one day after the rental period.
Ex: If you book an equipment for the weekend (Sat & Sun), we hand it over to you on Friday evening after 6:00 PM and pick it up from you before 10:00 AM on Monday. You will still pay only for the two days that you booked the equipment for.
We offer home delivery across Bangalore, for an additional charge of 300/- (To and Fro).
200/- will be charged if either pickup or drop is required.
For cancellations before 7 days of the booking date, we don't charge anything. And for cancellations within 3 days of the booking date, we charge a flat 200/- per equipment if the rental amount is more than 1000/- and for other items we charge a flat 100/-. If the cancellation charges are not paid, the membership of the person will be terminated immediately. Frequent (too many) cancellations may possibly end your membership with Pixellin.
The equipments in our inventory undergoes regular cleaning and maintenance. We make sure that our equipment is always in the best of condition. And prior to every delivery we manually check the equipment and make sure that it will provide you a delightful experience. We request you to check the same before taking the delivery and raise any concerns that you may have.
Any damages incurred during your rental period should be immediately reported to us. And on return, we assess the damage and if it is repairable, we charge only the amount required to repair the same. If the equipment is severely damaged, you will take complete responsibility to replace it for us. Further to that the damaged equipment will be handed over to you.
